I pulled out this illustration which was done two years back at home after I watched a documentary on Discovery channel regarding the massive toll on aquatic life caused by oil spills. The seals among many animals become a strong target of such calamities, so its kinda like paying a small homage to this interesting creature. The technique used is very trational pencil rendering using 2B and 4B pencils.
